College football pundit Phil Steele already dished out his All-Big 12 teams, and now he's turned his eye to the preseason All-America teams.
This shouldn't come as a surprise without Nebraska and a league full of stars on one side of the ball, but the offense dominated the defense in Steele's All-America teams.
