Terrelle Pryor is under scrutiny already thanks to the NCAA violations that will keep him out for the first five games of the season. Fortunately for him, he won't be penalized for violations relating to loaner cars from a Columbus dealership.The Columbus Dispatch reported Sunday that Pryor was cleared of violations that involved him driving cars owned by an area dealership.
