Justin Blackmon has returned to give his Oklahoma State team a boost at home over the Baylor Bears.After missing last week's game against Kansas State because of a DUI incident, the nation's leading receiver in yards per game and touchdown catches just added another to his total, stretching the Cowboys' lead to 10-0.Blackmon's touchdown grab was ultimately reviewed, but it was ruled that he did indeed have one foot down with possession.
