Yahoo Sports: Katherine Webb now championing AJ McCarron for the Heisman
Alabama coach Nick Saban isn’t the only one championing quarterback AJ McCarron for the Heisman Trophy, McCarron’s mother and girlfriend also chimed in on Twitter. McCarron’s two leading ladies – mother Dee Dee Bonner and girlfriend Katherine Webb – tweeted out an article on collegesports.net that goes into great detail as to why McCarron, Alabama’s two-time national championship-winning quarterback, should be the leading candidate for the coveted bronze statue.
