The Big East's frontrunner only enhanced his campaign in Week 1, while several of the other preseason contenders -- Pitt's Ray Graham and Temple's Montel Harris -- will have a lot of catching up to do if they want to get into contention.

Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville: Nineteen of 21, the best single-game completion percentage in school history. Two hundred thirty two yards. A 32-14 rout of rival Kentucky. Oh, and Bridgewater didn't even play much of the second half.
