ESPN: Andrew Luck puts up big numbers
Not much mystery with Stanford's game with Sacramento State. The Cardinal leads 45-17 in the fourth.
Two notes.
First, Andrew Luck is continuing the pattern of superior QB play this opening week. He has thrown for 316 yards and four TDs, completing 17 of 23.
The bigger question is the Cardinal defense. And the answer is mostly solid.
Sac State has just 148 total yards. One of their TDs came on a 70-yard punt return; another on a 29-yard drive.
Still, hard to draw any conclusions from a game with an FCS foe.
