Before I tell you my opinion on Matt Barkley's decision to return to USC for his senior year, let's take a look at what you really want to know: how it shifts the 2012 NFL draft picture.

For starters, it should bring a big smile to the faces of Robert Griffin III and Landry Jones (should Jones opt to jump). In my latest Big Board, I had Barkley at No. 6, Griffin at No. 7 and Landry Jones at No. 13. Those guys just saw their stocks jump in the overall draft picture.
