AP: South Carolina dismisses QB Garcia

Stephen Garcia won't get a sixth chance to play quarterback for No. 15 South Carolina. Athletic director Eric Hyman said the fifth-year senior who was suspended and brought back to the Gamecocks five previous times was dismissed from the team Tuesday after he failed to meet agreed-upon guidelines.
