According to ESPN Insider Ryan McCrystal and the Heisman Predictor, no. That honor goes to Oklahoma quarterback Landry Jones.
Jones edged out Luck for the No. 1 spot, ahead of Trent Richardson and Marcus Lattimore. The key to Jones' candidacy will be his success in big games.
