AP: Washington attempting to replace Locker

The No. 10 that for so long was attached to the name Jake Locker at Washington now belongs to freshman linebacker John Timu. While Locker is now gone to the NFL and the Tennessee Titans, Washington began fall practice on Monday on a definite uptick following its late season run a year ago that was capped with a 19-7 win over Nebraska in the Holiday Bowl.
