ESPN: Who is Jake Locker?

One of the biggest uncertainties of this week's NFL draft is where former Washington quarterback Jake Locker will be picked. Some still project him as a first-round pick, while other see him going in the second round. ESPN's Scouts Inc. rates him 26th overall, while draft guru Todd McShay doesn't include him in his latest mock draft.

The general feeling is Locker's status among scouts has steadily improved since a mostly disappointing 2010 season. The ultimate judgment will be if he's off the board by the end of action Thursday.
