Bleacher Report: Chick-fil-A Bowl: Marcus Lattimore Out, Brian Maddox in on Second Drive
After Marcus Lattimore left the game with an as-of-now undisclosed injury, South Carolina fans in the building underwent a palpable amount of discomfort. He didn't come back to start the Gamecocks' second drive and was replaced at tailback by No. 10, Brian Maddox. Maddox didn't do much in his first attempt to carry his team down the field. The drive was stopped short when a Stephen Garcia pass was intercepted by Michael Harris on the one-yard line. Garcia has now thrown five interceptions and no touchdowns in his bowl career. Update: Lattimore has a cut to his mouth and his return is uncertain.
