With the season fast approaching, you probably thought you'd heard the last of the Reggie Bush scandal for awhile. Punishment has been meted out, and appealed, twice. USC's copy of Bush's 2005 Heisman Trophy has been returned. Heads have rolled. Bush went out of his way to privately apologize, or something like that. The practice pads are popping. Bowl game or not, it's football time at USC.
