Fanhouse: Houston's Case Keenum Trying to Cope With Attention, Heisman Hype
As hard as tries to be, Keenum isn't at all obscure on his campus in the heart of Houston's gritty Third Ward. He was spotted by the school's marching band Wednesday as he walked from the locker room to the team's makeshift lunchroom and was promptly greeted by the school's fight song.
Apparently this is a daily ritual for Keenum and head coach Kevin Sumlin, but the Cougars senior quarterback -- with his stained baseball cap pulled over his eyes -- seemed a little embarrassed.
