AP: Florida St. QB Ponder has elbow examined

Florida State's Christian Ponder is still troubled with an elbow injury on his throwing arm. Ponder missed his weekly media session Monday to visit with doctors about soreness and swelling in the elbow that he originally hurt in a 24-19 win over Boston College last month. Ponder suffered a ruptured bursa sac near his elbow, creating a large amount of swelling and discomfort.
