College fans have always been a bit mystified at the fawning various pro scouts began to heap upon Washington quarterback Jake Locker last winter, considering that a) He had a losing record as a starter coming into his senior season, b) Two of his first three campaigns were halted by season-ending injuries, and c) His numbers leave a lot to be desired.
