Bleacher Report: Ryan Mallett Injury Update: Possible Head Injury
Coach Bobby Petrino of the Arkansas Razorbacks has told CBS reporters that quarterback Ryan Mallett has been pulled from the game because of an apparent head injury.Sources believed this to be a knee injury, but it looks like Mallett hit his head harder than we thought.Mallett's mother has left the stands, and she is believed to be in the Hogs' locker room with her son.There is still no word as to the severity of this injury, but Mallett may be out for the rest of the game.Until we know more, expect backup Tyler Wilson to step up as the leader ...
