ESPN: Stephen Garcia has responded like a winner

South Carolina quarterback Stephen Garcia is coming off the best game of his career in last weekend’s 35-21 win over No. 1-ranked Alabama.

He was so good that South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier let him talk to the media this week, which never happens leading up to a game.

But the real hint that maybe Garcia is finally starting to turn the corner and be one of the best quarterbacks in this league is the way he’s handled everything since that Alabama win.
