ESPN: A.J. Green's appeal to be heard Friday

Georgia's appeal of A.J. Green's four-game suspension will be heard Friday via conference call, according to Georgia associate athletic director Claude Felton.

Georgia is hopeful of getting a decision on Green's status Friday and having the suspension reduced. He's already missed the Bulldogs' first two games. Georgia coach Mark Richt has said the Bulldogs are preparing as if they won't have Green this Saturday against Arkansas.
