BRADLEY, KOLB FAIL CONSUSSION TESTS: According to ESPN's Sal Paolantonio, Eagles LB Stewart Bradley and QB Kevin Kolb did not pass concussion testing Wednesday but head coach Andy Reid said they both "made progress" from Monday.
